Mitra is a Senior Diversity & Inclusion Consultant with a global focus on organizational/cultural assessment, creating and delivering innovative solutions and training services that help implement successful and targeted organizational strategies. She has over 20 years of combined organizational development, leadership development and diversity & inclusion experience across variety of industries including Kellogg’s Company, New York Life Insurance, Colgate Palmolive and Philip Morris Company.

Her extensive hands-on experience in establishing integrated diversity & inclusion strategy, implementation plan and execution as part of organizational development initiatives allows her to define clear objectives, results and sustainable success.

Her accomplishments include:

  • Establishing Diversity & Inclusion strategies that are innovative and well-integrated with business practices with a focus on developing leaders and delivering exceptional business results
  • Successfully coaching and training hundreds of culturally diverse leaders across Africa, Asia, Europe, South America and North America

Cheryl H. E. Locke

Cheryl is Human Resources and Diversity/Inclusion Executive with greater than 35 years’ experience in multiple industries including health care, academia, research, credit card services, communications and manufacturing. Diversity & Inclusion Consultant with a focus on coaching and training services that help implement successful, targeted organizational strategies.

Cheryl has provided development and advancement of the overall strategy for diversity, inclusion and equity efforts across the Medical Center in her past role. Coach senior leadership on issues and concerns, ensure cultural competency training for all staff, faculty and others, ensure integration of diversity and inclusion efforts with patient care, quality, service and safety. Build and sustain local and regional community partnerships including local and regional government agencies, community organizations, nonprofit organizations, services as well as schools, colleges, universities and the faith community. Achieved organizational commitment to national efforts including Leader in LGBTQ Health Human Rights Campaign’s Healthcare Equality Index and American Hospital Association Pledge to Equity to eradicate health disparities.
